Citritek use our wireless sensors and water system expertise to ensure that the critical stages of a building refurbishment or new water system installation are followed correctly by key contractors, including:
- Correct flushing of outlets during the build stages
- Correct balancing and recirculation of subordinate and tertiary loops
- Appropriate microbiological monitoring
- Correct temperature profiles achieved throughout the extremities of the water system
We liaise with all stakeholders to enable the system install and deployment is effective and delivered on time pre-empting microbiological issues before they become unmanageable.
Our data capture and analysis ensures that, post-commissioning, the water system is delivered to the building owners correctly balanced and with a significant reduction in the risk of bacterial proliferation.
Fundamentally, Citritek’s Pre-Sign-Off Service allows building owners to make data-driven decisions on whether sign-off and approval of the contractor’s works should be given. In scenarios of contractual disputes and charges, the same data can be used to contest liability.
